He is a U.S. Army veteran who served as a captain in the Iraq War. John holds a B.S. in systems engineering from West Point and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University.
Thomas is a seasoned marketing leader specializing in email deliverability, CRM strategy, and customer retention. With a proven track record of increasing YOY revenue and optimizing conversion rates, he has managed vast email infrastructures for hundreds of brands.
His previous leadership experience includes roles at automotive Mastermind (S&P Global), Centric Brands, Prose, and Combe Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sacred Heart University.
